Maybe I was lucky on the day but it wasn't crowded like some of the other popular attractions, and it was a really pleasant way to spend the morning. The Cafe was also very good- I had a lovely pot of tea and savory snack and it was very reasonably priced. I didn't manage to do all of the gardens as they went quite a way downhill and I knew I would find it too challenging to get back up in the heat, but the parts I did see on the way to the palace…”
