Most tours missed the view bc their guide saved the view for last. He also showed us some areas where the locals go for swimming and fishing. The tour is listed as a full day but he made sure we made it back to our cruise with time to spare! Best tour!!!!”

“The tourguide dod mot bring us to our stops we went 5 minutes instead 45 to the tea shop no plantation, then 45 minutes swim at terra nostra instead of 1.5 hours then 30 minutes at another place then the caldeira and no food out of the caldeira but a restaurant for 34 euros restaurant the park cost 35 euro's and no tickets where provided. We have proof then the merchant lied the customers where lying and reported us to viator!! Then viator did not give us a refund, we did not swim at the caldeira and the plantation tasting was paid. A shirts tour with no stops 5 minutes…”
