“Great day of adventure and fun! Our guide Costa/Joaon (spelling?) was very informative, personable and funny. The day is long but packed with lots of things to see and experience - it passes quickly. The suspended bridge is definitely nerve wracking but provides a beautiful view of the hills, river, waterfalls and nature. The 3.5K walk back to the van is long, hilly, and, since it was raining, very slippery. If your ambulation is limited, you have the option of just crossing the bridge and driving back with the tour guide to pick up the others. “This is a weather dependent activity. Our scheduled date was a complete washout due to severe rain and high winds, but we got no communication of any kind from the tour operator. They also did not respond to my Viator message inquiring about activity status. They then abruptly rejected my refund request without any direct notification, and blocked my ability to post a review on the app, but luckily, I had preserved the review link via text. These are very disreputable practices.”
