“Thoroughly enjoyed the baking class. I’ve forgotten the lady’s name that led the class, Rachel I think, but she was lovely, patient and clear with her directions. She gave us the history of the dessert and the best places in Lisbon to try the dessert. The group I was with were really nice, we all got on well and it was nice to spend an afternoon baking with strangers from different parts of the world.”
